Keep in mind, when teaching anyone (children or adults), that everyone learns things in different ways. There is no one way or correct way to learn something (however, some of us know our preferences).
Today, for adults, keep in mind that real-life examples and a hands on type of learning approach is beneficial in the job environment. Learning by doing will always go far. Make sure that training delivery is relatable to the worker/learner job function.
